The Ultra Series Lightweight Wheel Chucks from LMC Workholding are lightweight for increased spindle life and faster cycle times. The lightweight chucks are available in two different models, US-1420 and US-1524.

Model US-1420, for passenger cars and light trucks, features a wheel diameter capacity of 14" to 20" and a maximum RPM of 2800. Model number US-1524, for passenger cars, light trucks, trucks and buses, has a wheel diameter capacity of 15" to 24.5" and a 2200 maximum RPM.

An optional part detection system is available for sensing if a workpiece is properly seated, a key component for automatic/robot loaded applications. Many other tooling options are available and are specific to individual wheels.
