The ZWARP biaxial wheel test bench from MAKRA is used for fatigue tests and life tests of disc wheels. The wheel runs inside a drum with radial and lateral forces applied as well as tilt angle force. The rolling test is performed in accordance with wheel guidelines and regulation systems per Schwendemann (AK-LH 08).

The wheel runs in a drum up to 188km / hr. Load forces are applied through electro-mechanical actuators (positive energy balance) and are monitored and recorded by pressure sensors.

The input parameters and the test data are displayed and can be saved and printed.
