MD140 – Inline distortion measurement
MD140 inline measurement machine is used for 100% distortion monitoring directly after casting or heat treatment process. The wheel type is read by a barcode scanner and a laser measures the front side clamping flange and hub float area. The MD140 insures to release only good castings into the production process.
